10U Beginner - WINNER - St. Anne Red/Bates/Duncan/Maglione; RUNNER UP - St. Luke/Pezold
10U Intermediate - WINNER - St. Luke/Lunsford; RUNNER-UP - Brookstone/Shaw
12U Beginner - WINNER - Wynnbrook/Smith; RUNNER - UP - St. Luke/ Hughston
12U Intermediate - WINNER - St. Anne/Isaacs; RUNNER-UP - Brookstone Blue/Adams/Jones
14U Beginner - WINNER - Glenwood/Jones; RUNNER-UP - Harris County - Pirkle
14U Intermediate - WINNER - St. Luke/Cannon; RUNNER-UP - Brookstone/Jones/Arnold

This is an after school tennis league for beginners, intermediate, and advanced elementary and middle school students ages 8-14 or grades 2nd - 8th.   This is a non-age eligible league which does not advance to the state championships.  Players must be in the correct age and ability level through November 15th.   Matches are on Mondays/Wednesdays and possibly Fridays from 4:30 - 6:00 beginning on September 25 and tentatively ending on November 15. (Elementary may begin earlier!)

Any school that forms a team that has 6 or more NEW USTA members and players will receive a $100 incentive check from USTA Georgia.  Checks will be issued to the school to be used to purchase tennis supplies or equipment!

There may be six levels of play: 

  • 10U Beginner/Intermediate- You must be 10 years or younger.  Matches will be played on modified sized courts (60') using Orange/Yellow low compression balls.  10U Beginner teams are non-gendered and need at least 6 players. All other 10U teams must have 3 boys and 3 girls.  Matches will be at LakeBottom, CSU and  Cooper Creek.
  • 12U Beginner - This is for 1.5 - 2.5 NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using green dot balls.   All teams must have 3 boys and 3 girls.   Matches will be at various locations.
  • 12U Intermediate - This is for 2.6-3.4 NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using green dot balls.  All teams must have 3 boys and 3 girls.   Matches will be at various locations.
  • 12U Advanced - This is for 3.5 and above NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using standard balls.  All team must have 3 boys and 3 girls.   Matches will be at various locations.
  • 14U Beginner - This is for 1.5 - 2.5NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using standard balls.  All teams must have 3 boys and 3 girls. Matches will be at various locations.
  • 14U Intermediate - This is for 2.6-3.4 NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using standard balls.  All teams must have 3 boys and 3 girls.   Matches will be at various locations.
  • 14U Advanced - This is for 3.5 and above NTRP level player.  Matches will be played on standard courts using standard balls.  All team must have 3 boys and 3 girls.  Matches will be at various locations.

* 10U Beginner division is non-gendered, meaning you only need 6 players to form a team - boys or girls. The format will be 2 singles and 2 doubles. 
* 10U Intermediate, 12U Beginner, 12U Intermediate, 14U Beginner, 14U Intermediate are required to have at least 3 boys and 3 girls.  The format will be a Girl and Boy Singles and a Girl and Boy Doubles. 
* There will be NO MIXED DOUBLES IN ANY DIVISION.

You must have a USTA Junior membership to play USTA Jr. Team Tennis.  This membership is $20 a year.  You will receive a "Smash" magazine and be eligible to play in other USTA Team Tennis leagues or tournaments for one year.  First time members that are 10 and under can register for a free USTA membership using the code FYF17CNS.

To play for your school you must have a team number (given to you by your team captain) and a USTA membership number.  The cost is $30 to play in the USTA Jr. Team Tennis School league.  This includes your TennisLink fee, court fees, balls, awards, and an end of the season party.  ($27 league fee, $3 TennisLink fee) 

Registration will open on August 10th.

September 18th - Deadline to form teams with 3 boys/3 girls
September 21st - Captain's Meeting
September 25th - Matches Begin
October 2- Last day to drop from team
November 9- End of Season Awards/Pizza Party 

There will be a mandatory captain's meeting at the new CORTA Hospitality Room at the Cooper Creek Tennis Center on Thursday, September 21st  at 5:00.
