Beginners: Time: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Wednesday Morning Dates: January 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17, 24
Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
We will have two groups – one at the beginner level and one at the advanced level. The main difference between the two will be the intensity and the difficulty of the exercises. The advance group would already have an idea on how to properly move in the tennis court and to already possess some type of speed, agility and coordination with their feet.
Beginners will be challenged to properly move in the tennis court and largely improve the the major movements (sideways, forward) with higher speed, agility, etc. The choice of choosing one group or another will be very individual. It will depend on what opinion you have about your own level of fitness and footwork.
