Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. This unique fitness/tennis clinic is packed with tennis drills, sport specific training stations, great music, and lots of FUN! Improving fitness is perhaps the quickest way to improve tennis performance and results. Taught by a certified teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, Cardio workout, and cool down phase. Each participant is working to keep their individual heart rate in their Cardio Workout Zone which is 65-85% of their maximum heart rate. Cardio Tennis is a fitness first tennis class. You will burn more calories in a one-hour Cardio Tennis class than by playing singles or doubles.

Program Information and Policies
- Classes meet at court 30 (stadium court).
- Wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing.
- Balls and court fees are provided by CORTA.
- Water bottle filling stations and vending machines are available; however, you may wish to bring your own water or sports drink.
- In the event of rain, if the class is cancelled, you will be contacted via email at least one hour before the scheduled class time.
- If we have a rain out class, it will be made up by adding a class on at the end of the session.
